Terms of Service

1. The service

AgentEnrich provides an API for data enrichment and B2B signals, primarily intended for use by AI agents and automated systems. By using the service, you agree to these terms. AgentEnrich is operated by AgentEnrich, Inc. (a Delaware corporation; registered address available on request to [email protected]).

1a. Reseller / Merchant of Record

All purchases of AgentEnrich subscriptions and credits are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction, handles payment processing, customer service for billing questions, sales-tax/VAT collection and remittance, and refund execution. Your transaction receipt will reference "Paddle" or "Paddle.com." By purchasing through AgentEnrich you also agree to the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.

2. Accounts & API keys

You must provide a valid email at signup. You're responsible for keeping your API key secret. Compromised keys can be rotated via your dashboard or by emailing support. One free account per individual or organization; multiple free accounts created to circumvent limits may be terminated without notice.

4. Credits & billing

Pre-paid credits do not expire. Subscription credits are issued monthly per your plan and reset on each billing cycle (unused monthly credits do not roll over unless you have explicitly purchased a credit pack). Cache hits cost the same as upstream calls. Pricing is per outcome, not per upstream cost. All prices on the pricing page are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes; Paddle calculates and adds any sales tax, VAT or GST at checkout based on your billing location.

7-day free trial. Builder accounts include a 7-day free trial with no card required. If you do not subscribe at the end of the trial, no charge is made.

Subscription refunds. You may request a full refund of your most recent subscription charge within 14 days of payment if you have not made meaningful use of the service (we treat < 5% of the monthly credit pool as a soft threshold). Refund requests after 14 days, or where the credit pool has been substantially consumed, are reviewed case-by-case and may be issued as service credit rather than cash.

Pre-paid credit packs. Unused pre-paid credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase, on a pro-rata basis (credits already consumed are non-refundable).

How to request a refund. Email [email protected] from the email address on file. Most refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method via Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds for purchases made through Paddle may also be requested directly via the link on your Paddle receipt.

Non-refundable. Enterprise contracts, custom integration work, and any charges flagged as fraudulent or in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy are non-refundable.

Chargebacks. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved within one business day. Accounts associated with chargebacks may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Data accuracy

We strive for high data quality but make no guarantee about the accuracy, completeness, or freshness of returned data. You are responsible for verifying any data before acting on it (especially for outreach, hiring, or financial decisions). We don't bill for unresolved queries.

6. Service level

Trial accounts are provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee. Builder, Pro, Scale, and Agency plans target 99.5% monthly uptime. Enterprise plans include a written SLA with credits for downtime. See pricing.

7. Termination

You can cancel anytime. unused credits remain usable. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with refund of unused credits. We will give 30 days notice before discontinuing the service entirely.

8. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by applicable consumer law.
